IKH Psychology services are provided by Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Ingrid Hawkins. Sessions can be delivered in-person or via telehealth. Please see the COVID-19 policy for attending session in-person.

A BIT ABOUT PSYCHOLOGY
Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
Therapy works through applying various evidence-based treatments to support you, to develop life-changing habits and improve your coping and resilience to life’s ups and downs.
Session consults are 50 - 60 minutes. The first session is designed to assist you to explore your current situation and help the psychologist understand you, so they can tailor your treatment. The following sessions help you to build on your skills and abilities and assist you to cope. The number of sessions required depends on your situation, some people only require 2, others benefit from 10 or more. At the end of each session you and the psychologist will review progress and you can decided if you need more support.
